Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is looking for two new Trustees.
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC) Trustees act jointly, working as a team, to ensure funds given for charitable purposes are properly used in accordance with its governing documents. Trustees are accountable under charity law to the Charity Commission for all their actions as charity trustees; and under company law as company directors. The Trustees provide an oversight and governance to ensure that MAAC operates in an efficient and effective manner in full compliance with the Charity Commissions and other statutory requirements.
