Charity Event Bounds Back

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity has announced the date for its next Pound the Bounds walking event in Worcestershire, on Sunday 6th May 2018. 

Join hundreds of walkers and runners across beautiful terrain in the height of spring, in the village of Rock near Kidderminster. Choose from a marathon, 18 mile, half marathon, nine or six mile route, or join the family treasure trail, all helping to raise funds for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. 

Michelle McCracken, Worcestershire fundraising manager for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, says: “Pound the Bounds is a great challenge for walkers and runners of all abilities. The last event raised over £5,000 for the charity, funding two lifesaving air ambulance missions.

“We hope to raise even more next year with the help of our fantastic supporters.”

Registration starts from £6.00 for the six mile route, £8.00 for the nine mile,half marathon, 18 mile and marathon routes. All participants are also encouraged to raise sponsorship money for the charity leading up to the event.
