Golf Day Raises £20,000 for MAAC

MAAC hosted its annual Corporate Golf Day on Tuesday 4th October, at the Belfry Hotel and Resort, on the world renowned Brabazon Championship course, raising £20,000 for the charity which will fund eight lifesaving air ambulance missions. 

17 teams from organisations across the Midlands, were treated to 18 holes of golf which included a ‘beat the pro’ challenge. The evening concluded with a three course meal in the Wishaw Suite, and a live auction hosted by former English professional snooker player turned BBC sports commentator, Willie Thorne.
