Trust & Grants

The funding from grant giving trusts and organisations is a vital source of fundraising income for the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.  The support received since the charity begun in 1991 has ensured we can continue to run our essential life-saving service by providing the very best in patient care.

In the past five years alone, donations from grant giving trusts have enabled us to:

• Rebuild and improve all three of our airbases within the Midlands
• Develop a new Visitor, Education and Training Centre at the Strensham airbase
• Purchase our first wholly-owned helicopter
• Acquire new medical equipment for specific use in helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) operation

Our focuses for the next year are to:
• Create a Visitor, Education and Training Centre at our Tatenhill airbase in Staffordshire
• Continue to invest in the very best medical equipment for our aircrew
• Further extend our operating period into the hours of darkness in the forthcoming winter months

Can you help?
Any funding is greatly appreciated and will have an immediate and direct effect on the work of Midlands Air Ambulance, and could even save a life.
