Legacy gift The work of Midlands Air Ambulance relies entirely upon the generosity of kind supporters like you. We receive no money from the Government – in fact no state funding at all. All our income is from donations and a legacy gift is a vital source of income to our Charity. I’ve made a Will If you have already made a Will, but would like to leave a gift to Midlands Air Ambulance, you can do so by making a simple addition to your existing Will.

This is called a codicil. By adding this supplement to your Will you can include new instructions and delete old ones without having to go through the task of revoking the whole Will.

I need to make a Will
It is very important that you make a Will to ensure it reflects your wishes and current circumstances. You should consult a practicing solicitor and although you will have to pay a fee, you will receive professional advice in making decisions about your estate.
