A Barrel Load of Entertainment

Kidderminster will be rocking this weekend with The Bands off the Back of a Wagon Festival (BOBOW) and all in aid of Midlands Air Ambulance.

26 bands will be heading down to the Hare and Hounds pub on Worcester Road to delight audiences with live music from a combination of genres.

Keeping smiles on everyone’s faces will be the 38 comedians tasked with providing an abundance of laughter over the course of the bank holiday and aiming to raise a bit of cash for the life-saving service that recently celebrated its 20th anniversary.

Ferrari rides, a free bouncy castle, classic car and motorbike show and Wrestle Mania WWE star ‘Doink the Clown’ will all be adding to the entertainment whilst an all-day BBQ and outside bar will be keeping people’s tastebuds tingling.

The event is open to everyone and will take place on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th May. Doors open for breakfast at 8am and the music will be playing from 12pm to 3am.

Camping on site is priced at £3 per night or £5 for the whole weekend. Car parking is available at a cost of £1 and proceeds will be going to Midlands Air Ambulance.

We’ve got our tent ready and are looking forward to what is sure to be a fantastic weekend!
