Car and Motorbike Fanatics Rev Up Support For Charity

Car and motorbike groups Speed Freakz and Side Underground Cruises got together in Redditch on Sunday 20th March, to raise money for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

The meet attracted a huge mixture of cars and motorbikes, with refreshments and a BBQ to keep the many visitors warm.

Collections for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity raised a fantastic £491.79, which will cover the cost of a flight suit for the aircrew.

Michelle McCracken, regional fundraising manager for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, explains: “With no Government or National Lottery funding, we rely on donations from the public and local businesses.

“The funds raised by Speed Freakz and Side Underground Cruises  will fund vital equipment for our aircrew, assisting Midlands Air Ambulance Charity in undertaking further lifesaving missions.”
