Charity Fashion Show And Dance

Want to know what to wear on a glorious summer’s day or are you in search of a perfect party frock?

This August Tamworth Co-operative Society are showcasing this years most stylish fashions at a charity fashion show and dance in aid of Midlands Air Ambulance.

The dinner and dance evening will take place on Friday August 19 at Drayton Manor Tower Ballroom after the theme park generously waived the venue fee and Kall Kwik in Tamworth has also printed all posters free of charge to help raise publicity for the event.

Doors open at 7pm until late and tickets are just £10. Entry price includes a hot basket meal.

Non foods operations Manager Adam Millward who is organising the event said;

“Each year we ask employees to nominate a charity to support and the overall choice was Midlands Air Ambulance. The event will be a fantastic night to see our upcoming fashions and the chance to enjoy a fun filled evening with disco and raffle all while helping to raise money for a life saving cause.”

People are urged to visit St Edithas’ Square market on August 2, where the store will be selling tickets to the show.

Tickets can also be purchased from the first floor fashion counter of the Co-op department store and are also available at Tamworth Tourist Information Centre on Corporation Street.
