Merry Christmas from Midlands Air Ambulance

As we put our feet up on Christmas Day the life saving crew of Midlands Air Ambulance will be grabbing their turkey dinner in between missions as they remain on call during the festive period.

Working alongside the other emergency services, Midlands Air Ambulance remains operational for 365 days a year, attending over 3000 life-saving missions.

But without the support of the Charity’s fantastic fundraisers this wouldn’t be possible and the support this year has been incredible.

“A big thank you goes out to everyone who has supported the Charity this year and I’m sure next year we will continue to go from strength to strength. On behalf of everyone at Midlands Air Ambulance I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a safe and happy Christmas”
 says Hanna Sebright, Charity Director.

It will be celebrations galore next year as Midlands Air Ambulance marks its 20th anniversary. Keep up to date with what’s going on at the Midlands Air Ambulance facebook page.

Missions completed since 1991: 50,563 | On average we airlift a child every four days | Road traffic collisions make up around 35% of the incidents we attend | The service airlifts on average four horse riders each week.
