Need a reason to stick to your resolutions?

January is often filled with optimism and enthusiasm as people make endless lists of resolutions for the year ahead.

Chances are you didn’t stick to many of your 2012 resolutions, and promises to do more exercise, diet and do more volunteer work are often forgotten long before January payday!

However, if you are determined to stick to your 2013 promises and your list includes ‘doing more for charity’ and ‘doing more exercise’ then why not combine these resolutions and get involved in a charity fundraising event in aid of a lifesaving service!

The 2013 MAAC events diary is bursting at the seams, so whatever your hobby or chosen challenge there is something planned to suit every age and ability.

Whether you want to run, cycle, walk, free fall or abseil, the list of ways to get involved is endless. However, if those challenges sound like too much physical hard work (and jumping out of a plane sounds more frightening than fun) then how about a relaxing game of golf? A valuation day? Or simply show your support at our summer gala ball!

Do something amazing in 2013 - help save lives.  Can you think of a better reason to stick to your resolutions?
