New Heights for Local DJ

Penkridge’s very own fundraising DJ wants everyone on their feet this weekend to help raise a bit of cash for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

Nearly 200 people will be descending on Pillaton Hall Farm, Penkridge, on Saturday 11th June where DJ Tim Rowlands is hosting an evening of entertainment.

With help from friends Dave Pearce, Gemma Gruar and Andy Green, Tim has planned an evening of dancing, live music, fundraising and fireworks which he hopes will bring in £3,000 for the Charity.

Starting at 7pm, the evening aims to raise funds for the air ambulance through a raffle where tickets for a Man United football game, a helicopter ride and a hot air balloon trip are all up for grabs.

Tim or TJDJ as he is otherwise known says: “Midlands Air Ambulance is a Charity that is very close to the hearts of myself, my family and my friends and one which I feel truly deserves our donations. You never know when you might need those helicopters so I hope people help me raise as much as possible this weekend.”

Tickets for the event are £10 and can be purchased by calling Tim on 07930 501 579. The event is limited to those aged 21 and over. Have fun!
