Name: Tim Rice
I have an aerospace engineering, general management and aerospace strategy background.
What roles does a Trustee undertake on behalf of a charity?
Trustees must understand the environment the charity is in, have sound knowledge in management guidance and risk management.
Why did you want to become a charity Trustee?
I felt passionate about wanting to put something back into society.
Why did you choose to apply for a Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC) trusteeship?
I was keen to apply some of my experience and knowledge in a cause that helps society.
What are you especially proud of in your time as a Trustee?
I am especially proud of the recent development of the charity, with on going improvements in patient care and service delivery.
