Midlands Air Ambulance has just over fifty full-time and part-time operational and fundraising staff working from four sites across the region.

The Charity Headquarters is the administration and fundraising centre located in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands. Three operational bases can be found at RAF Cosford in Shropshire, Strensham in Worcestershire and Tatenhill in Staffordshire.
