Volunteering

Why not get involved and make a big difference in your community by volunteering to help raise funds for the Air Ambulance?

Midlands Air Ambulance recognises how vitally important volunteers are and is committed to ensuring that all volunteers are effectively used, and properly acknowledged for their contribution to the Charity. Volunteers are an essential part of our Charity and we recruit all ages on a pro-active basis, with the intent of broadening and expanding the volunteer network across the community we serve.

There are opportunities for any member of the public to register an interest in specific roles or through a general interest in volunteering. The volunteer opportunities available are:
  • Attending cheque presentations where organisations like the Towns Women’s Guild or Rotary Clubs are making a donation to the Charity..

  • Help place our collecting tins in public places around the area you live.

  • Sell our promotional items at local carnivals, shows or fetes.

  • Give a talk to groups and organisations on the work of our Charity.

  • Assist the Charity in the day-to-day running of our busy Appeals Office.
