Anna Cross

Anna, as the Head of buying for Habitat, has a large leadership role in one of the biggest UK fortune 500 companies. Having worked at Sainsburys/Argos/Habitat for 11 years working her way up through the company, she now leads a large team of buyers and is responsible for supporting, leading, managing and motivating individuals to ensure both commercial and profitable ranges are curated. Having travelled extensively to source and negotiate the best product for her customers, Anna is an expert in global relationship management.

In 2020, Anna completed an apprenticeship in leadership and management along sider her day job. This covered a wide range of topics but allowed her to focus on her passion of coaching and mentoring which in turn has assisted with maintaining a high performing team culture.

In her spare time she loves to bake and share her creations with the her colleagues, she has 3 young nephews and a niece which keep her busy and loves spending as much time as possible by the coast.
