Sir David (pictured above with Hanna Sebright, CEO, Keith Marriott, Chairman, and Robert Douglas, Trustee, for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity) holds several prominent leadership and advisory positions across the NHS and global health sector, and brings a wealth of expertise that will further strengthen the charity’s mission to deliver exceptional pre-hospital emergency care across the Midlands.
Sir David has decades of senior leadership experience within the NHS, including serving as Chief Executive of NHS England. During this time, he oversaw significant national reforms and championed improvements in patient outcomes. His strategic insight will support the charity as it continues to advance its clinical capabilities and invest in lifesaving critical care provision across its six county operational area.
He lives in Worcestershire with his wife and two children.
