We are now seeking an experienced and inspiring Head of People & Culture to join our Senior Leadership Team (supporting the CEO and Executive Leadership Team/Directors) and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional to lead the People & Culture function within our life-saving organisation. As the senior HR lead, you will collaborate on the development and delivery of MAAC’s people strategy, culture and values, ensuring they are embedded across the charity and reflected in every stage of the employee and volunteer experience. You will provide strategic leadership whilst also overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring MAAC attracts, develops, engages and retains talented employees and volunteers who are motivated by our mission and values.
Leading a small team of HR professionals and supporting approximately 180 staff, you will play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, championing wellbeing and fostering an inclusive and positive culture. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be part of a team which provides the crucial link between strategic planning and operational delivery.
