Ways to give

All of our shops will be able to take donations of pre-loved items for resale in person. Find the details for all of our shops and more information on donations here.

We also offer a recycling programme whereby you can recycle unwanted items. Find out more about this here.

Donations over £10 are acknowledged by a letter form the charity if details have been provided and donations over £50 from organisations will also receive a certificate. We will only send certificates for memorial donations if requested. If you would like one of these, please state when making the donation, or you can email [email protected]

If you would like to find out your fundraising total, you can contact the charity via telephone on 0800 8 40 20 40.

You can email [email protected]. Please provide your old address and donor number if possible so we can connect your request to your donor account.

For any changes in your financial circumstances or change of address, let us know by emailing [email protected]

You can cancel your direct debit directly through your bank. Let us know when you’re cancelling or enquire about changes to your monthly donation by emailing [email protected] or calling 0800 8 40 20 40.

The charity does not receive funding from the Government for its daily missions so relies entirely on the support and generosity of local people and businesses.
