Allister first started flying with Midlands Air Ambulance Charity in 2011 having joined the ambulance service in 2004 and qualifying as a Paramedic in 2008. Since joining the charity, Allister completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Pre-Hospital Critical Care in 2014.
Allister says, “I love working with a great team of people and making a difference to patients.”
Outside of work he spends his time rock climbing and mountaineering, along with his enjoyment of photography.
