Sophia joined Midlands Air Ambulance Charity in January 2026, bringing her 20 years of experience in the charity sector and a wealth of knowledge in corporate partnerships and income generation.
As Corporate Partnerships Lead, Sophia heads up a team of corporate partnership professionals, setting strategy and creating the conditions of them to build high-value, lasting relationships with business across the region. Her focus is on securing partnerships that keep our helicopters in the air and our crews on the road – and she’s passionate about getting the very best from her team to make that happen.
Originally from Birmingham and now based in North Staffordshire, Sophia’s role takes her across all six counties that we serve, so you never quite know where she’ll turn up next!
