Holly Lake

Holly is the Education and Training Co-ordinator at Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, supporting the development and delivery of training programmes. She works closely with colleagues to create learning that is practical, accessible and relevant to day-to-day roles. her work includes supporting training activities, developing resources, creating simulation content and helping to ensure a positive learning experience. Holly is particularly interested in finding creative ways to bring training to life through simulation, making learning engaging, realistic and easier to apply in practice.
