Debbie is the HR & Facilities Director at ISO Quality Services Ltd, a family owned and run business, specialising in ISO Certification, Training and Consultancy. Having been part of the team for over 10 years, Debbie takes the lead on the organisations health and wellbeing initiatives, supporting the team on HR issues and maintains the workplace environment. As an active board member, she is responsible for assisting in driving the business forward, alongside her fellow directors. She is also the lead on the company’s charity of choice – Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
