A man has sadly died after a collision involving lorry and a pedestrian in Willenhall yesterday afternoon (Thursday).
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called at 1.47pm to Lichfield Road and sent an ambulance, a paramedic officer, a MERIT trauma doctor with a critical care paramedic and the Midlands Air Ambulance to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman says: “On arrival, crews found the pedestrian, a man, in a critical condition.
“Ambulance staff immediately began administering advanced life support but sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts, he could not be saved and was confirmed dead at the scene.”
