Midlands Air Ambulance Charity has been named as Walsall Football Club’s secondary official charity partner for the 2026/27 season, following an introduction by long standing corporate partner, Pallet-Track.

The partnership will see the charity work alongside Walsall FC and the Walsall FC Foundation to deliver awareness and fundraising activities throughout the season.

Pallet-Track, which is entering the second year of its stadium sponsorship agreement with the club, has longstanding partnerships with both Walsall FC and Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. The logistics company has pledged to raise £150,000 by the end of 2028 to support the charity’s fleet of critical care cars, which contribute to the delivery of its 24-hour pre-hospital emergency care service.

The partnership will include opportunities for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity to engage with supporters at Walsall FC fixtures throughout the season through awareness and fundraising activities. Pallet-Track has also donated a pitch-side advertising board at the Pallet-Track Bescot Stadium to help raise awareness of the charity.

Over the past three years, Pallet-Track has donated £89,000 to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and received the charity’s Corporate Partnership Award in 2025.

Jon Cottrell, senior partnership executive at Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, said: “We are delighted to be named as Walsall FC’s secondary official charity partner for the upcoming season, alongside Pallet-Track as the stadium sponsor. Partnerships like this play a vital role in helping us raise awareness of the lifesaving service Midlands Air Ambulance Charity provides across the Midlands.

“We’re looking forward to working closely with the club, its supporters and partners to engage fans and highlight the difference their support can make to patients when they need us most.”

Stuart Godman, CEO at Pallet-Track, said: “Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is a long-standing partner of Pallet-Track and Pallet-Track is a longstanding partner of Walsall FC, so we have every confidence this link-up will work brilliantly for all sides.

“Our ethos is ‘Stronger Together,’ which explains why our introduction of Midlands Air Ambulance Charity to Walsall made such sense.

“Each air ambulance mission is increasing in cost, so it is vital we continue to work together to ensure our community is supported by this incredible charity. We are looking forward to a fruitful new season on all sides.”

Keira Webb, Partnerships Manager at Walsall Football Club, said: “We are proud to be supporting Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and have thoroughly enjoyed building relationships with Jon, and the wider team behind this fantastic charity.

“As a club, we recognise the lifesaving role the charity plays across the region – delivering rapid emergency care when it matters most. This collaboration represents more than football; we are committed to raising awareness, engagement and long-term support for a service that relies entirely on public funding.
“We are very much looking forward to working with Midlands Air Ambulance Charity over the coming seasons.”
