Emily is a Nurse and the Head of Education and Training at Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, where she leads the development of innovative clinical education, simulation programmes, and workforce development initiatives. With a passion for creating engaging learning experiences, Emily specialises in immersive simulation design and its role in enhancing pre-hospital and critical care education.
Alongside her leadership role, Emily is currently undertaking a PhD and has contributed to published research in healthcare education. She is a regular speaker at conferences and professional events, where she shares both her research and practical experience with clinicians, educators, and healthcare organisations.
