Mike is a Critical Care Paramedic with Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and a member of the Education and Training team. With an extensive background in teaching and clinical education, Mike brings a wealth of experience and practical insight to the courses he delivers. His engaging and supportive approach helps learners build confidence, develop skills, and apply knowledge effectively in real-world clinical settings.
Alongside his educational role, Mike continues to practise clinically as a Critical Care Paramedic, maintaining an active frontline presence and ensuring his teaching is informed by current practice. Drawing on his experience across pre-hospital and critical care environments, he is passionate about sharing lessons from the field and supporting the development of healthcare professionals at all stages of their careers.
