His remit includes developing commercial opportunities across clinical and first aid training, venue hire and educational services while building strong, strategic relationships with healthcare, medical and commercial organisations. Alongside his professional career, Mike is a Volunteer Community First Responder with West Midlands Ambulance Service, bringing real-world insights to the first aid training environments and partnerships that he supports. Formally qualified in hospitality management and with 32 years of commercial experience, Mike brings a service-driven mindset and commitment to delivering long term customer focused relationships.
