With over 32 years of commercial experience in the design and build sector, Mike is now Business Development Manager for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, focusing on growing and promoting the charity’s Education and Training portfolio. His remit includes developing commercial opportunities across clinical and first aid training, venue hire, and specialist educational services while building strong, strategic relationships with healthcare, medical and commercial organisations.
Alongside his professional career, Mike has 11 years as a Community First Responder with West Midlands Ambulance Service, bringing real-world pre-hospital insights to the training environments and partnerships that he supports. Originally qualified in hospitality management, Mike brings a service-driven mindset and commitment to delivering long term customer focused relationships.
