Rob is a Critical Care Paramedic with Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and a member of the Education and Training team, where he supports the delivery of a wide range of educational programmes. Drawing on extensive frontline experience in pre-hospital and critical care, Rob brings valuable real-world insight to his teaching, helping learners develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to perform in challenging clinical environments.
Alongside his clinical and educational roles, Rob serves as Patient Liaison Lead for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. In this role, he supports former patients and their families, providing guidance, information, and a vital connection to the charity following their care journey. Passionate about both patient care and education, Rob is committed to improving outcomes through compassionate support, shared learning, and the development of healthcare professionals
