Ann-Marie has a proven track record of advancing quality, strengthening clinical governance, improving patient safety, and delivering strategic transformation across acute and emergency care. Ann-Marie possesses extensive expertise within CQC-regulated services, with deep knowledge of the Well-Led domain, quality frameworks, audit, risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
