About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative person to manage our Charity Shop in Ross-on-Wye. You will be responsible for all aspects of running the charity shop, including staff, volunteers, customer service, stock management, financial records, administration, compliance with current legislation. Promoting the work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity the Manager will work to budgeted sales targets and will be expected to control shop expenditure.
