Allister McNeill – Critical Care Paramedic

Allister joined West Midlands Ambulance Service in 2004 as a trainee technician, qualifying as a Paramedic in 2008.

He started flying with Midlands Air Ambulance Charity in 2011 and qualified as a Critical Care Paramedic in 2014.

Since 2017, Allister has worked full time from all three Midlands Air Ambulance Charity bases along with the WMAS MERIT team and regional trauma desk.

Allister says, “I love working with a great team of people and making a difference to patients.”

Outside of work, he spends his time rock climbing and mountaineering, along with his enjoyment of photography.
