Feckfest Returns For Midlands Air Ambulance Charity

Wednesday 31st July 2019

Annual family friendly music festival Feckfest returns on Sunday 25th August at Feckenham Cricket Club in Worcestershire, raising funds for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

From midday until 10,30pm, a vast line up of local bands will be entertaining the crowd. The Uproars, Spirit Level, The Queen Has Two Heads, Guilty Pleasures Funk & Soul Revue, The Peas, Chris Cutting, Viscula, Take Cover, Raising Cain and Fishheads, will all take to the stage to perform.

Children will be kept entertained with a number of activities, as well as arts and crafts stalls.

Crowds can also enjoy a range of food and drink throughout the day, with Amore Neapolitan Pizzas, Betsy's Tea Caravan and FCC's All Day BBQ confirmed to provide the catering, and draught beer, real ale and cider available for adult guests.

Matt Henning, event organiser said: “We have been running Feckfest for six years now, and always support a worthwhile local charity. We’re very happy that for 2019 this will be Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

“The festival is very much a family affair, with carefully chosen music whilst also ensuring that we have a great selection of attractions for children and adults along with a great diversity of affordable food outlets and fine local ales and ciders. Every year we aim to learn and improve and are expecting the 2019 event to be the best yet."

Charley Burke, Worcestershire fundraising executive for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, added: “Feckfest has been fundraising for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity for two years now, and we’re so grateful for their continued support. This event is a fantastic family fun day, and I can’t wait to see how successful their fundraising efforts are.”

Tickets are free for under threes, £2.50 for children aged three to eleven, £5 for 12-15 year olds, £10 for adults, £20 for a family ticket (two adults and two children), and £7.50 for OAPs and disabled people. All tickets are available either online or from the cricket clubhouse bar.
