Women in Property Annual Dinner Raises Over £5800 for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity

Monday 3rd November 2025

Women in Property's Midlands Annual Dinner, held on Thursday 23rd October at the iconic Grand Hotel in Birmingham, proved to be a resounding success, raising more than £5,800 for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

The prestigious event brought together professionals across the property industry to not only provide an evening of networking and celebration, but to raise vital funds to support the lifesaving missions carried out daily by Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

An amazing £5,835 was raised on the night, through a raffle and other activities, will directly support the charity’s rapid response critical care cars and air ambulance helicopters, ensuring patients across the six counties the service covers receive advanced pre-hospital emergency care.

Jon Cottrell, Senior Partnership Executive for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, said:  "We are truly honoured that Women in Property Midlands chose to support our charity again this year. Every mission we undertake is only possible thanks to the generosity of organisations and individuals across the region. By backing our service through this prestigious event, Women in Property Midlands and its members are directly helping us save more lives across the communities we serve.”

Kezia Smart, Associate Director from Birmingham Property Management, said: “We’re proud to have hosted an event that not only brought together key voices from across our industry but also made a meaningful contribution to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. Their lifesaving work inspires us, and we’re honoured to support it. The funds raised will help ensure they can continue delivering critical care to those who need it most.”
