Our operations across West Midlands

We operate in close partnership with West Midlands Ambulance Service, West Midlands Fire Service, and local police forces. In built-up areas, our critical care cars often provide the fastest access to advanced treatment while our aircrew remain on standby for major or complex incidents. Within the West Midlands, we also work closely with a number of larger hotels, supporting on rapid transfer. Depending on the severity and type of illness, we regularly support on patient transfer to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, University Hospital Coventry, Birmingham Children’s Hospital and New cross Hospital, Wolverhampton.
