Our air ambulance regularly lands in school fields, rural farms and public parks across Shropshire — bringing emergency care directly to those in need, even in the most unexpected places.

Thanks to our helicopter capability, we can land in a wide variety of locations to bring emergency care directly to patients. Whether responding in the countryside or more populated areas, our teams are able to reach the scene quickly.
We regularly attend incidents in remote rural areas like the Shropshire Hills and Clun Forest. In urban locations such as Shrewsbury, Oswestry, and Telford, our critical care cars provide fast, specialist support where air deployment may not be needed.
Shropshire’s vast rural areas, winding roads, and remote communities make rapid emergency response a real challenge. Our helicopter and critical care cars ensure patients receive lifesaving care wherever they are — whether that’s in central Telford or on the slopes of the Long Mynd.
